About our family

 

ACE auto and smog is home to Kevin, his wife Ann and their youngest son Eugene.  We have been serving the Ventura area for over 25 years and we are committed to providing the highest quality care and maintenance for your vehicle.

 

Kevin Hwang is the head mechanic and owner.  He is ASE certified and is constantly furthering his education in the automotive field.  Kevin first opened ACE auto and smog in Ventura in 1990, but previously owned another shop in Oxnard, CA.  Kevin has always had a passion for cars ever since he was old enough to drive them.  With over 35 years of experience, he has seen any and all problems and can quickly and accurately diagnose and fix them.
